Hey man, I never said that the seller should take a loss on nothing!
All I said is that they're being very cruel by having a very low opening
bid compared to what the reserve is. Why isn't the opening bid higher?
That way the bidder would have a better idea if they even have a chance.
If ya set a reserve, why should you sell lower than that anyway?
