I don't think any ones expectations are ever met if so.. hell I would see books with covers at my school and of course not so many tear pages here and there would be appreciated 
and the guy is going to sell it plus the res is small and he just told you so what's there
to argue about ?!besides E-bay people go berserk on bidding just like gambling

That keep me laughing because, sadly its so true! hehe and like I said a res is nothing
to get choke up and if that's what jojo rules are then play
by them if your really interested in the cel ....this would be complaining about
Anime-cel.com prices on Ranma cels or the many Auctions they have bin haveing
