My opinion on this is that
First there is never enough compensation for the time that anyone 
   spends hunting for cels, or doing anything else in our lives.
   How can one measure worth of time and life?
Second the way I would calculate all the money I would spend on any
   given shopping trip is by how many items I buy, minus a given
   amount of expenses, based on the fact that I'm not going to Japan
   just to buy cels (am I?).  So I'd calculate the amount of money
   I spent on my trip, minus the amount I spent on cels, minus the
   percentage of the money that I would've spent for my own pleasure
   (ie. sight seeing, personal entertainment, a gift for my girl etc.).  
   Then I would divide the remainder equally by the amount of cels I 
   baught, add the what paid for each cel, then add a percentage of 
   maybe 40-100 0x8069c20rofit (depending on what your mind set is) and there 
   you have it a price!
