Hello folks, admist the little fits, I must say Parrallax is
right about certain times being cheaper. 

Whatever you do, YOU WILL GET SOAKED BY AIRLINES IF YOU TRAVEL
DURING OBON SEASON!  What is Obon? It's a Japanese festival 
celebrating the spirits of one's ancestors.  It's also when
a lot of people get a chance to vacation, and airline prices
go through the roof.  

This season is roughly the first 2 weeks of august and the end
of July.  June and early July are some of the better times to go
during the summer.  Travel seems to come to a halt during winter or spring
except for maybe a golden week(a week that most companies give to 
employees to recover from the duties of their job and keep them
from getting burned out.)
