:)! that's EXACTLY the guy!  i think i really made him 
angry, doing something along the same lines (i asked him if 
the price written on a cel was set in stone ($150) and he 
asked me what i wanted to pay for it...needless to say, he 
was not at all happy when i said i had a similar, but 
better, cel that i'd gotten for $65).  He had _a few_ neat 
cels..but they were terribly expensive.  I don't know if 
you saw his pan cels--the few that weren't from 'adult' 
anime (i've never seen such explicit cels!) that I looked 
at were just shuffled in with each other--no cel bags.  I'm 
pretty sure he picked them up off of the floor when he 
reached down to hand them to me.

splash page had some nice ah my goddess cels...but no way i 
could afford them!
