Well, the way things are with the web- If you put it out there, someone else will take it. But as far as cels go- I think that the amount of people needing/wanting/taking those images is very small. The reason is this- cel images (scans) are not usually very good. You can get better images from the many archives of anime pictures. They do not have the imperfections that make an authentic cel special. Images that don't come from cels are almost always well centered with nice backgrounds and perfect colors. We don't get cels for the scans- otherwise I would never have to spend any money, and life would be great!!! :)
