Seriously... as with ANY collectible, it is up to a dealer what they want
to charge and up to a seller what they want to pay. If I can't afford a
cel I really want... well I dont buy it. I really have no choice. Also,
the older a series is and the more times a cel has been resold, the higher
the price is going to get. Say you buy a cel for $100, then decide to sell
it, are you going to sell it for less than $100? So say you ask for $150
and someone buys it, and then THEY want to sell it... see what I'm getting
at? That's the way it is with everything... and if you dont want to pay
what a dealer asks, dont buy it. If the price really is TOO high, and NO
ONE is willing to buy it, the dealer will probably lower the price eventually
but one man's trash is another man's treasure... look at the people who buy
cheap cels at Mandarake and sell them on eBay... and I'll admit, I do the
same thing with doujinshi.... its about making a profit, and well, to be
blunt, welcome to the real world. |
