Sorry to break the news but the truth hurts sometimes.
Prices are set by the market and what people will pay,
or have paid in the past. Not what you are willing to
pay. All too often people seem to express the attitude
that they deserve cels for a certain price, or that they
are entitled to discounts. All you are doing is pissing
off the dealers and sellers. I love how people in this
"hobby" love to bite the hand that feeds it.

With the explosion of cel sites on the internet we as buyers
should be more than happy, not yelling at the people we are
trying to buy our goods from. This is ridiculous! With the
large amount of cel sites out there a buyer can actually do
something that was not possible 5 years ago (when there were
only 2 or so online cel sites) and shop around!

People need to get off their high horse and stop complaining.
Some moan that waiting for a dealer to lower prices is
ludicrous, citing that the dealer should never lower their
prices as the shouldn't be that high in the first place. Get
over it! That's how it works. We should be thankfull that
they do lower their prices at all! When you walk into a
retail store how often do you see prices lowered (exception
of sale, and Walmart)?? This is the one way that consumers
can speak out against high prices, is simply not to buy.
The longer a dealer has a cel, especially an expensive one
they start to loose money by having their money tied up,
where it could be otherwise used for more cels. There will
come a point when they just want to get rid of it, and will
mark it down even below what they sold it for. Too many
don't realize that what they are willing to pay for a cel is
often much lower than what a dealer can buy the cel firsthand
for! I will admit though, there are many of you out there
that do realize this, but still many don't seem too. I see
this at conventions all to often.
