      I think that the reproduction cels from Toei are 
quite expensive, but at the same time, I think the 
"You're Under Arrest" Movie reproduction cels were a 
bargain, especially for the quality of the cel.  (It 
was just like one of those expensive cels they use for 
advertisements or video covers).  
   
      Genga can be quite nice (although the problem is that 
most of the time they are too expensive).  One thing that I 
have found is, I prefer the genga from YUA TV to the actual 
cels.  Often the original drawings are quite nice and 
detailed, but when they get turned into cels, they lose a 
large bit of that detail.  (cost-cutting... sigh...)



      Well, maybe if all else fails, you can take an art 
class, and learn to make your own fan-art reproduction 
cels...
