I think that this is a reason to be very careful where
you buy your cels from. I ended up with a cel with a torn
edge, stuck layers, stuck pencil sketch, line and paint
damage, to my surprise. However, I assumed that the cel
was fine, and no adverse info was posted. I only paid
about $20, though, so I just took it as a learning
experiance to inquire throughly about the condition of a
cel before purchasing. If I am explicitly told that the
cel is of a high quality, and run into this situation again,
then I feel I'll have a right to be upset. I agree that
cel dealers really ought to post such information, though.
