cels. Like for the paint loss problem, you have to lift
it up through a light-source in order to see the holes.
And that's the problem of buying cels online, you cannot
see the condition clearly based on the scans. In certain
times, it's really better to buy cels in-person from shops,
or conventions because you can check the condition of the
cels before you buy them.
