Just a wierd question for those who have been at this longer
than I have - are some people into the cel business without
being cel fans, or even knowing what they're talking about?

This isn't the first time I've noticed this, but today's
listings on Ebay really are too much! The main example is a
Sailor Moon cel (see url above if interested): the dealer
pointed out that Star Fighter wouldn't appear after last
season - well, she never appeared before it either, and to
my knoweledge the last season WAS the LAST season! Also,
they started out with a price of $110, and its not that
great of a cel. Is it just me, or do they know nothing
about what they're selling??? There are other examples
I've seen, but this one particularly struck me.

So - is it common to see dealers with no clue about what
they're selling?? Is it safe to buy from people who know so
little about their products?? (not that I'd bid $110 for
that particular cel!)

Thanks
Az
