It's not really unheard of - it's happened to me a couple of times (but not from a dealer)! People who do this have no business sense and aren't worth the time of day. Once someone commits to selling a cel for a certain price, they should stick to it, not sell to the next person who comes along with more money than they know what to do with; it's not an auction! xane |
