Well, I spend like $100 per mth on average on cel, 
it really depends on what I can find. Compared to 
some people, that's very little...but on the other 
hand, i think u can support a third world family 
with that.
Yeah I get what u mean about not havin' enuff $$, 
so basically I skimp on everything else juz to buy 
cels, even clothes!:)
The prices seem to be going up & up...sometimes I 
feel that people are paying for overpriced cels.In 
Japan, the prices on most series seem to be lower, 
its only when it comes to the US, people pay like 
2-4 times the price!I think it's to do with 
consumer expectations & buying power. If u see a 
cel going for 1/2 the normal price, u'd think its 
cheap when infact, in other places, it's still 
expensive.
