Hi,
    I see absolutely nothing wrong with buying 
and selling cels.  The person who bought it has 
the right to do with it however they fell like.  
However, I feel that most people who turn around 
and sell them (like myself) sell so they can buy 
something nicer.  However, no ones ever going to 
stop the people who buy it and then sell it...so 
i see no point in complaining =0
