Actually, I used the wrong word, it's not auction,
it's lottery, so everyone has a fair chance this 
way.  In Japan, many stores choose the lottery 
system to let go their top stuffs, like AWS and 
Mandarake's Zenbu magazine.  Mandarake does hold 
auction once in a long while.
