Well, a ton of people on this forum went to Japan
with high hope this summer and came home 
disappointed big time.

It is just not what it used to be, good stuff are 
very hard to find now days in Japan, especially 
the hot series, most of the smaller store or 
Yahoo Japan sellers has already bought them all.

The only way to get good stuff is by having 
connection/experience, or know other big time 
Japanese collectors.

If you do not know Japanese, it is going to be 
not so fun, not knowing Japanese is like meaning 
you are second class, at least in Japanese's 
eyes, tying to communicate in English will be a 
pain.

Also getting around will be tough, even if you 
can read English.

You can try to win the lottery, you should not 
have any problem if you know Japanese, otherwise, 
good luck.

The best advice is keep the hope down, so you 
have better chance come home happy.
