I know this is getting a little off topic, but 
has anyone had their packages deliberately 
opened?  It's happened to me twice before, both 
EMS shipments.  

The first one was questionable - it had one side 
of the outer envelope completely ripped open and 
it looked like the tape was removed and replaced 
on one side.  It's amazing the cels didn't slip 
completely out!!

Then I got another one that was from Anime Taro.  
The outer package had obviously been opened and 
retaped.  Then I noticed that one side of the 
cardboard pieces had the tape slit and that 
wasn't retaped.  I about freaked!!  I know that 
Stephen wouldn't send it that way, so I assumed 
that it was customs or someone like that - maybe 
doing random inpections?

These both happened around the same time several 
months ago and I haven't noticed anything unusual 
like this since.  

Otherwise, I'd had to say that after reading 
several of these posts, I should count my lucky 
stars.  I really don't have many complaints about 
our postal service around here.  Everyone is 
always very friendly (except for one guy that 
insists on carding and leering at my husband as 
if he is the Unibomber *every* time he picks up a 
package) - they have even called us at home and 
left a phone message saying we had a package.
