I have, once. When I went to the post office to 
pick up my cel, I about freaked when I saw that 
one entire side had been ripped open, and not 
even taped back together. Thank god the cel was 
still inside, and amazingly not damaged. Even 
being insured, and sent by priority mail, didn't 
help. Last year I also had a cel lost in the mail 
for the entire month of december and half of 
january. Also at times it's taken up to 3 weeks 
for some dealers to recieve my payments, which 
should have arrived in just a few days. I love 
the post office people around here to death, 
they're all very kind, and always leave my cels 
at the doorstep if I am not home, but my 
goodness, if they're gonna raise the rates on us, 
then how about better service too. ;-;
