I totally agree!

I haven't been collecting long, but they have 
been awesome on al accounts. And the one time 
they did make a little mistake with one auction, 
all I did was politely ask about it. They were so 
nice and helpful in correcting it.

I think they have a great service and absolutely 
wonderful customer service. I wish all cel places 
would be half as nice to their customers.

I could go on and on, but I think they are trully 
wonderful. I also think their fees are 
reasonable. Not only are they eating the % paypal 
charges them for accepting payment (which they 
could easily pass on to customers like some 
places do) - but doing so saves me the couple of 
bucks to buy an IPMO and send it certified - 
which is almost half of their fee for the cels I 
tend to buy, but they are also handling all the 
details. I don't usually buy super expensive 
cels, so he $10-$20 I pay them for taking care of 
everything is worth it to me.  

On top of all that, and like in the last post, 
they help you with searches. I would have never 
found the YJ sites for some of more more obscure 
anime tastes.

I am just thankful to have access to such a 
curteous and helpful service!
