I just finished my first transaction with celga 
and have another one in the process. I think 
celga is great. my japanese is almost non- 
existant. they were very helpful. keigo awnsered 
all my various questions quickly. I mean there 
were quite a few and some of them probaly sounded 
kind of stupid. I think that the fee they charge 
is very minimal. I have bought a couple of cels 
through US galleries (when i asked for a 
paticular character)and they had to deal with 
some one else to get it for me and they charged 
about five times that and there was no language 
translation needed. So celga if your reading this
