I was hoping to get an honest opinion of Celga 
(not just the vague, negative comments I got some 
days ago), and I think I have one now.  Looks like 
they are great, friendly, and honest the majority 
of the time, but mistakes do happen.  I was just 
unfortunate enough to have a mistake happen with 
my very first transaction.  :-(

So far, Keigo and (especially) Makoto have been 
GREAT about answering my questions.  So no 
problems there.  I just hope I'm not branded as 
some sort of negative troublemaker because I chose 
to bring this up.

The really unfortunate aspect of all of this is 
that if it was ANY of the other auctions I bid on 
that got messed up, I probably wouldn't have 
cared.  It just happened to occur with the MOST 
important one.  *sigh*
