I was wondering if everyone with nice things to
say were all those who'd never had a mistake
happen. It's nice to see they're not.

I've had a couple problems with celga, sure.
(*winks and refers to her recent whine about a
cel for example*) But I'm still using their
service. Was I upset.. well yeah. Then again,
it had to happen sooner or later, I mean a buy a
LOT through them. But they're only human, and
they did their best to fix the situation, and
responded to my emails promptly. Can I tell you
how important that is to me? I hate waiting for
days after I have pointed out a problem to
someone I'm sending money to. When there were
issues Celga responds quickly and are always
apologetic. I think the best test of customer
service is what they do when there -is- a
problem.

Keigo is very personable(I've never really spoken
with Makoto), I love their service and think the
fees are fair. They put up with a lot of nonsense
from my end, like "what does this say, are you
going to change your conversion rate (asked
before they did), will you up my bid, will you
bid at this specific time", ect.. So while I
can't say I've never had a problem, but what I
can say is that they're a great place and I'd
still recommend them to anyone looking for a
deputy service.
