I think the seller send it by air mail because i 
have ask shippind with normal delivry and with 
insurance.So i don t know.
I have a scan of the receipt and it s write in 
white on a blue background " U.S. Postal Service 
INSURED MAIL RECEIPT "
( i don t know if it s can help you)
so i have a number of insurance but a can track 
my packet ;_;

yes i have contact the seller but i don t would 
like done a claim (30 days)and refund my money. ( 
i just would like receive my cel like the other)
