I'm going to keep directing newbies to these
links so they'll find the information they need
AND they won't clog up on this particular message
board.

Here's a reply I sent to another person before...

The Yahoo! Japan forum can be found here:

http://pub41.ezboard.com/fanimecelsforumfrm3

This forum is better suited for you, since it
focuses primarily on Yahoo! Japan. They will
probably also answer questions you haven't
thought of yet.

Here is also an FAQ/information page that might
assist you as well:

http://people.ne.mediaone.net/raiser/drac/YahooInf
o.html

And please understand that I'm not trying to give
you the run-around; visit these links and they
WILL HELP YOU. Regulars on this board try to
steer newbies to these links so the Animanga
forum doesn't get too cluttered with YJ questions.

But in a short reply to your question, most
deputy services are too busy to ask seller
questions for their bidders. Celga will usually
flatly refuse to do anything of this sort for
you. Sato may sometimes ask a question or two
for you, but such questions must be very simple,
short, and specific to the cel, but even he can
be too busy for you.

Also, it all depends on the sellers if they even
want to bother answering such questions.

Overall, I suggest that you DON'T ask such
standard questions as is the sketch a douga or
genga or anything like that. If bidders keep
requesting deputy services to ask such questions
over and over again for different auctions, they
will not be very happy.

If you need to ask an occasional question, save
them for auctions where the cel image or auction
description may seem misleading or confusing.
