I don't ask often but if i am serious about 
something I will ask if I deem it to be necessary 
or to get an auction description translated.  
Since i spend so much (but even if i didn't) i 
don't think i am abusing the service.  

I've had a few nightmare cels from where i did 
not ask!

So i guess my view is ask if it is sensible but 
don't abuse the service.
