I think this is a great question.

I've been lucky enough to work as a voice actor 
for a few years now, and it's depressing when all 
you have as a memento of your work is the 
finished tape or DVD, sitting on a shelf until 
you want to sit down and watch it..AGAIN. Then 
one day I was visiting a friend who has an 
amazing collection of American animation cels, 
dating back to the '50's...incredible stuff! Just 
staring at wall after wall of animation art 
brought tears to my eyes...that's when I decided 
to start collecting anime cels. It has been an 
exciting & challenging hobby, and has brought me 
into contact with some great new friends who 
understand my addiction! It is artwork with 
sentimental value to me, not to mention a great 
conversation starter! :)
