Is there any professionals (or even any cel 
collectors themselves) that does correction 
layers? Preferrably someone that can be contacted 
through email? I would do it myself if I can. But 
unfortunately:

1) I don't have a steady hand. Heck, I can't even 
doodle if my life depends on it. -__-

2) There are no art supply stores around where I 
live. So I don't have the materials.

So... lack of skills + no materials = the cel 
will sit there forever with line fadings unless I 
can find someone to either do the restoration or 
a correction layer
