Scans of Cels, screencaptures and other digitzed images are
not public property. They are still covered by the original
copyright. I realize that I am in direct violation of this
copyright with my entire web site. Should the owner of the
copyright request I remove all copyrighted images from my
site I would have no choice but to comply. No one would,
except for a few countries that do not adhear to international
copyright law.

What a sad day that would be for all of us.

Now, Cel owners. Please hear me as webmaster of an image gallery
who wants to respect your wishes. Please put your URL on your images.
I do not look at every image that goes in there any more. A team of
people does all the work. There is no way for us to assure we
are not violating your wishes unless you somehow indicate - ON THE IMAGE
that you do not want it anywhere but your site. If you do not
mark your image it will end up in our library at some time or another.
A fanatical member will send it to us, or I will pull it from
the newsgroups with automated software and we'll have to go
through all this again. Mark your images, protect yourself.
I'm not the only huge image library on the net, and I'm nicer
than most of the others.
