As I explained in my other mail, the "original work" is not the scan of the cel in itself but the whole webpage. An exemple : A newspaper publish an article with a picture to illustrate it. The whole newspaper is copyrighted and you can't make a copy of the picture. Same is true for a shop catalog of produce. They probably won't be the copyright holder of the produce featured but you can't reuse the catalog or part of it without breaking their copyright. That's international law.
