I got this wonderful cel in the mail today, only to find that a section of paint had been chipped off of Amelia's hair. The chip is somewhat more significant than what shown below, for there is about an equal size section of paint that is barely being held on at all. The damaged section appears to be a standard solid black color, and crosses no lines, painted or black sketch, or boundries of any kind. Does anyone know of a decent place to have this cel repaired? It breaks my heart to see a cel damaged so, and I was hoping to have it framed. This shouldn't be a difficult repair, but I lack the skills and means of doing it myself. If any of you have experiance in doing this, or know of someone you trust who does, please let me know. Thanks! Karen
