Well here is a really strange thought. Okay a few years ago I went to AKON and they taught a cel painting class. The person who taught it was something of an expert. Well AKON is only a couple of months away. If you are anywhere near Texas you could attend the cel painting session and show your cel to the teacher perhaps he could teach you how to fix it. I mean it shouldn't be hard. All you need to do is to match the color of her hair which was pretty near black anyway, ne? I really think they might be able to help you out or if your not around Texas perhaps you can ask one of the others who will be going (like those posting in the thread below about Akon ;)
