No paint loss was disclosed, but apparently loss occured during shipping. Part of the missing section is in the box, so that theory is supported. Yes, this isn't exactly a fun position to be in, but there doesn't seem to be too much I can do about it, so I'm trying to make the best of this situation. -Karen
