I personally think that the people who say begging twice
is inappropriate are wrong. Am i the only one who has
asked for a cel and been told "When I want to sell it
i will contact you first" and then they sell it and never
decide to tell you? I Email the holders of cels i want
more then once. Yes, this guy who has the
chibichibi in swimsuit [i believe its Satoshi] must hate me
but i email him none-the-less to make sure its not
going anywhere without me getting a chance at it.
I have been told too many times that id get first shot at
something only to be left in the dust and have someone
else end up with a cel.
Another thing, asking more then once has worked for me.
I keep in contact with dealers who have promised me things
as well as people who have previously turned me down.
I offered someone money for a cel a while back to be
turned down. And now this collector is reconsidering the
deal and I may actually get the cel. Now, if i had never
emailed him again, and someone else did, they probably
would have had the shot at it.
