As far as minding cels stuck to sketches- it depends on how
bad. I have been able to seperate all but two of my cels
from the sketches without damage to either- but a note to
people- beware of AIC cels- they stick terribly, and from
experience I'd say leave em alone. That was one badly
stuck cel.
The other was one that I believe was a backlit cel,
it was painted black over the original paint on the
back of the cel. The black paint had basically
fused to the sketch, which was damaged in shipping.
I scrapped the sketch and tore it around areas
where it was stuck to the paint since it was ruined anyway.
The cel ended up being fine.
I would avoid stuck cels unless it is layers that are
correctly aligned, or unless the stickage is minor.
