Well, I can't say for sure that the cel was from 
Hobby Shop K or not since I didn't see it when I 
looked at their cels.. but even if it is I don't 
really feel it is wrong for Nichibei to resell it 
on ebay. Perhaps something came up, and they 
needed to sell the cel? :)  Also, David goes to 
Japan several times a year to purchase new cels 
to sell.. so the cel could possibly be on ebay 
for that reason - to help fund a future trip to 
Japan. 

I met the people at Nichibei at Anime Expo (also 
the gentleman from Hobby Shop K ^_^) and they 
were all wonderful. I bought cels from each and 
treasure them. :)  But... once someone buys a 
cel, it is theirs to do with as they see fit.  I 
honestly don't see Nichibei being the sort to 
take advantage of anyone. They are also 
collectors (and have some amazing cels @_@), and 
I think most of us know the pain of having to 
sell some of our prized cels for one reason or 
another. :/
