How rare is it for dealers to purchase cels
from other dealers? I'd guess it's a fairly 
common practice. How rare is it for these
dealers to sell said items to the general
collecting public? Wait..hmmm...that's their job.
In any case, this is not an eye-popping mark-up,
it's some unbelievable overbidding. I don't
think you can question the morality of a dealer
for buying an item for the sole purpose of
making money on it. And I don't think you
can fault them for receiving high bids. Ask 
yourself this, would we even be discussing this
if the bids weren't so high? How many cels are
on ebay right now that were bought at AX? Does a
high bid make a dealer immoral? 

I think it makes him a profitable dealer.
