Oh c'mon, get real. Do you really think that 
someone would be so "generous" to devote himself
to "helping overseas buyers"? The bottomline is
still money. He helps you because he wants your 
money. He knows that overseas people are willing
to pay a high price for cels there and he is 
banking on that to earn him a small fortune. Try 
to look at it from another perspective: Imagine if
there is another person who is offering similar 
services to help foreigners get stuff from eBAy. 
I believe most of us here would not be pleased,
eh? Because we know that it costs nil to bid on
eBay! And therefore, why is that person trying to
earn $$ in such a way? 
To offer such a "service"
under the pretentious intention of "helping 
foreigners" spells pure greed. He insults your
intelligence by assuming that you are willing to
pay a ridiculous sum for the cel you want(which 
you already did!). And has anyone wondered, is it
legal to do such a thing?? 

-Maybe I should set up a mini "deputy service" 
store to help the Japanese get stuff from 
amazon.com  Hmm, a 20% commission should do fine.
