To offer such a "service"
under the pretentious intention of "helping 
foreigners" spells pure greed. He insults your
intelligence by assuming that you are willing to
pay a ridiculous sum for the cel you want(which 
you already did!). "

I've only had good experiences with Sato.  And as 
for your ridiculous greed theory, *Sato* sold a 
cel of Zero Ryoko holding the dummy Washu for $20 
and *Taro* sold practically the same cel $200 .  
Not to mention, many of my transactions with Sato 
have topped $200-300.  20% isn't that much when 
you consider that he is putting up that much of 
his money for a stranger.  Most of the cels I've 
gotten through Sato--inclusive of the extra 
shipping and 20% commission--have been 
considerably cheaper than they would have been 
anywhere else.  The cels below cost about $75 each 
*including Sato's commission and shipping*! People 
who feel that Sato's service is too costly or too 
much of a hassle are probably not being selective 
about what cels they choose to buy.
