I agree with you Ryouko.  I feel the fee is 
reasonable, and I have had nothing but excellent 
service when I have used Sato's service.  
Personally, I keep track of the auctions I've 
asked him to bid on, because I know that he has 
numerous requests from people to bid. If I get 
outbid I will contact him - even if it just to 
say that I know I got outbid, and do not intend 
to bid higher. That way if there is another 
person who emailed him about the same cel, he 
will know and can contact them to see if they 
still want to bid. ^_^

Also, I've found that he will not contact you 
with a total before he's established with the 
seller the exact total, and in one instance told 
me to wait to send payment until he actually had 
the cel. 

In any case, I've been very pleased with the 
service he provides and will happily continue to 
use him. ^_^
