Above just proves my point. Anime Link may have 
sold the cels to the dealer this person is 
talking about, but how can they know that 
Animeaddicted, above,  bought a cel from said 
dealer? Is it catalogued? Again, it's a good 
system in theory, but impossible in practice.

Say that his cel was legally sold to the dealer. 
And say that he legally bought it. Just because 
Anime Link does not know this, and thus assumes 
it is "stolen", he loses the right to sell.
