Well... I dunno if I'd like this person, but it's 
his right to sell what he buys unless he 
reproduces it and violated copyrights. And cels 
are no animals of which you have to take good 
care as an owner. When I buy a car, no matter how 
much the seller loved it, I may thrash it to 
smithereens if I wanna.
On the other hand, maybe I can confirm you're 
right if you could give more details about his 
ways...

BUT Anime Chaos is no better. A Slayers cel (Zel 
and Amelia) which I remembered 1000 or 3000 yen, 
they're selling for about 50 bucks after they won 
the auction!
