I have seen some things once in a while on Yahoo 
Japan which appeared very soon for sale on Nick's 
site. . . HOWEVER. . . This happens so incredibly 
infrequently, that my guess would be he isn't 
going to get them himself (or there would be 
more). Someone else is making their buck that way 
when they hand them off to him.

Besides, there seem to be a number of cels from 
this same sequence to which you're referring that 
have popped up here and there - all of them very 
similar. I personally, have seen four (counting 
the one on Nick's site). It's more than possible 
that the studio just released that sequence - in 
which case you're probably seeing multiple 
different ones.
