I have to agree with Cres. The minute you accept 
payment for a cel it no longer becomes yours and 
what that person does with their property is 
their business. I know it can be upsetting to 
sale a cel thinking it's going to a good home and 
it ends up on ebay. But if you have a problem 
with this person because they tricked or lied to 
get this cel away from you it needs to be taken 
up with them. I am not saying they did lie but 
even if they just offer you money on a cel and 
you sold it it no longer becomes yours. Your 
right as a owner has ended.
