::Which series are the most collected in this 
hobby?:: 

Well,the usual...anything on Toonami, so GW, 
Outlaw Star, DBZ, Tenchi Muyo, and Sailor Moon 
are definitely up there, with Cowboy Bebop now 
heading in as well. CCS has also increased. 
Series like Utena and Slayers happen to be fan 
favorites and tend to be up there as well. 

::What series do you buy from because the cels 
are 
cheap & cute, cheap & pretty, etc....::

Master of Mosquiton TV. I mean, not even all of 
it has been fansubbed, even ^^ And though it's 
quality may not match the OAV (which is also 
wondrful,b ut too much competition), there's an 
adorable campiness and wonderfully bright pastel 
color pallete that appeals to me. But because the 
character designs tend to be simpl, something 
about the cel usually has to catch my eye. I 
still want an Ai-chan cel ^^
Also, I WOULD collect from Kazemakase Tsukikage 
Ran, but I want the perfect shot of Ran and Miao 
(so sue me, I think they make an adorable 
couple ;p)...I'm really picky about that, I 
suppose. 

::What do you look for in cels?  Is it pristine 
line condition? The moment the cel is from?  Does 
price always come into play or are you ALWAYS 
willing to shell out big bucks for your fave 
characters?  Or would you rather wait for THE 
perfect cel?::

Well, I used to buy every Raphael cel I saw...but 
that got tedious and expensive. So I definitely 
stopped that ;p Price definitely comes into play, 
as I am on a tight budget constantly...even if I 
adore the cel, if it's too much, I pretty much 
HAVE to pass. Often there's no way I'd ever earn 
enough money in time. 

For me, what realy affects me is the image. I 
definitely look for certain characters and 
scenes, but I won't buy just ANY cel from said 
scene, as I used to...I've gotten much more 
picky. I blame you, Thelly ;p A cel definitely 
has to appeal to my sense of aesthetics...and if 
it's pretty enough, it'll over-ride any qualms I 
have with a character, usually. Like my pretty 
pretty Flute cel, f her with her hair down..I 
adore that cel. It's just -so- gorgeous...her 
expression, her delicate posturing...even though, 
in the anime, Flute tends to be a flake and not 
oneof my favorite characters, the cel is so 
gorgeous it negates the fact hat I don't favor 
her character. Plus, one must admit, Flute does 
look pretty damn good with her hair down. 

So now I'm more into waiting...I definitely have 
those cels I visit from time to time, but doesn't 
everybody? I just buy what appeals to me, and if 
somethign else comes along, then I have to 
decide. 

::As for cel dealers....

What do you think makes a good cel dealer?  
Prices? Communication?  Good "cel"ection?::

Well, selection definitly factors in. Of course, 
nice service... lve that "personal touch", so sue 
me. When they communicate and participate as a 
part of the community as well as sellers, I'm 
more likely to buy from them ^^ I just like nice 
people better than mean people, in a general 
sense.

::Do you buy from certain dealers because you 
know 
the money is supporting *them* and not another 
cel dealer who may have more stock than another 
dealer?::

Yeah. I just like people more than corporations 
in general, ya know?
