Which series are the most collected in this 
hobby?

What series do you buy from because the cels are 
cheap & cute, cheap & pretty, etc....

mmn...  el hazard, of the villains i like.  
believe it or not, some of my utena cels were 
also.  and generator gawl!

What do you look for in cels?  Is it pristine 
line condition? The moment the cel is from?  Does 
price always come into play or are you ALWAYS 
willing to shell out big bucks for your fave 
characters?  Or would you rather wait for THE 
perfect cel?

THE perfect cel is SO me.  if i'm going to spend 
big bucks on a cel of a character i adore, i'm 
NOT happy to turn around and see one a few weeks 
later that i like better.  so i'm patient, and so 
far the tactic has paid off admirably.  condition 
is a large factor, as is price and scene.  but 
most of all the character's 
appearance/expression.  they have to look 
*good*.  motion cels especially can be awkward, 
sloppily done and strange.  so, technically and 
aesthetically a cel has to pass muster before 
i'll even consider it.  

so, what is an example of a 'perfect' cel for me?



*nod*  character i like, fun scene, gorgeous 
expression, and technically amazing -- probably 
one of the most crisp, perfectly detailed cels i 
own.  (helps that it's a key)  and the price was 
reasonable.  


As for cel dealers....

selection, prices, honesty and fairness in 
dealings, and general good vibes.  there are a 
few i find myself returning to again and again...
