handled things with care.
I too know a number of postal workers, but even the best of
them get weary of their jobs and end up throwing your freshly
stamped "Fragile" packages into the mail bin behind them.
I have been to mail centers and have seen how things are
thrown around.
I have received packages with shoe prints on them, with torn
corners, with major dents in them (including a well packaged
cel from Yann) that looked like heavy objects have been placed
on top of them, despite the "Fragile" stamp.
And I have received envelopes that were clearly marked "Do Not Bend"
in big red ink that have been stuffed into my mailbox.
Luckily I've never had to file an insurance claim at the post office,
I've heard that items worth over $50 can take up to 3 months for a
refund. But those worth less are refunded immediately.
Hey, remember the deranged postal worker that shot up his co-workers?
Metaphor (looks are decieving)
