That's nearly the worse thing for the customers : On most
online system, you pay the minimal amount needed to win
the auction.

On a system like this, you pay the maximal amount you
bided. Also, you don't know if there is other people
interested or not so you may well pay far too much.

The last problem is that you better have to trust the
seller quite a lot : he may tell you that you don't
get the item when in reality he was expecting to have
a higher bid but nobody was interested.
