I think one thing that hasn't been mentioned is that
most of the main cel dealers do have a mailing list you
can subscribe to to be notified of updates.
This has helped me tremendously in getting some Escaflowne
cels. If I'm busy at work, I can't go web surfing every
five minutes, so an update email works great for me! And
these are usually mailed in a pretty timely manner, about
5-10 minutes after an update has been done.
