I was very impressed by the Animation Quality of the
movie. At the time Akira was releasd i knew only of
Disney Movies with such smooth animation and i think
the movie had much more colors than Disney.
OK i haven't fully understood the movie but it's a
bit like 2001, it's not necessary to understand it
if you just like the mood of the movie.

btw i should really think about a more anime related
nick :) the current is just a legacy from other
forums.
